Windows 10: Ram and cpu values of total usage significantly higher than the total from all users in...

I have a Windows 11, Intel i7 - 1360P with dual-booted Ubuntu. When I am using Windows I see that my total RAM usage is more than 80 percent when I check that the total usage among all users is only 4GB of 16GB in task manager and the total CPU usage is also 2 times the total among all users. I only have one user opened. Why is there this much discrepancy between the values and the total usage? Is this because of my dual boot perhaps? Or is this normal?

RAM usage total discrepancy

Why is this? The total ram usage from users is just 8 GB while total RAM in use is more than 13 GB, which is more than a 5 GB discrepancy. Always it is the same, there is a gap ranging from 4 GB to 6GB. The shared GPU memory at the time was 0.5 GB. Even
though I turn off the onboard GPU, the discrepancy stays the same.

System config - Windows 10 - 64 bit - single user

Task manager total cpu incorrectly shows a high value

I've just upgraded to the newly released Windows 10 Home 1809 and notice in task manager that the total at the top of the CPU column is always
much higher than the actual sum of the detail.

For example, at the moment total CPU is over 60% but there is just one task with usage (slightly) over 2% and all the rest below 1%.

Any ideas?

 

understanding total writes values on SSD

Good day. Just resurrecting my old thread. CrystalDiskInfo shows the following values for my Kingston A400 SSD: Health Status: 91% Total Host Reads: 10276 GB Total Host Writes: 6123 GB Total NAND Writes: 5925 GB Power On Hours: 2199 hours Assuming these values are accurate, I was wondering if someone could answer the following two (ok, three) questions. 1. Isn't the number of NAND writes supposed to be higher than the number of total host writes? Does the fact that it isn't mean that there may be a problem? 2. For a 2199-hour usage, is the health value a concern? Thank you for your attention.
