Windows 10: Ram Install Issues with Windows 11

So I installed a new SSD NMVe 2 TB and did a clean install with no problem. My original RAM that came with my computer which is 8 GB works just fine. I decided to then install new RAM which is DDR4 Corsair 16 GB x2. I purchased it from Best Buy. Got it home used my blue grounding cable did everything I was supposed to but the computer won't pick up the two new RAM sticks. I've made sure my system for Cyber PC gaming computer is DDR4, I've made sure that it is seated properly, I've run my memory apps, I've logged into my UEFI, and still can't get it to work. What am I missing? What did I

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
