Windows 10: RAM is cosuming too much while no active application is running.

Hii ,I'm Milan. I'm Using HP VICTUS laptop. This is ion WINDOWS 11 .For certain reasons I have cleaned my windows and re-installed it from my bootable pendrive, which I have prepared at the time of buying my laptop. After the re-installation, the laptop has a new look and all problems that I have faced has resolved. But there is a new problem , that's when i opened task manager i'm like BOOM... . I saw that my laptop is consuming minimum 60-63 percent of RAM . And when I run 2 or 3 applications it reached to 70-75 percent. I don't know why is this happening.So please help me get this out.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
