Windows 10: RAM issues, blue screen

Hi all, I have been dealing with what I believe are RAM issues and blue screening the past while. I thought I fixed them but today my pc crashed. Here is my minidump. Here is my summary of issues:In 2020 I built my PC, I bought a 2x8 kit of corsair vengeance pro ram, pc ran fineIn 2021, I bought another 2x8 kit of the same ramSince then, I had intermittent crashes and assumed they were PSU issuesRecently, I believed I figured out that they were RAM issues:When I had all four sticks in and XMP off, my pc would blue screen on startupWhen I had all four sticks in and XMP on, my pc would randomly

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

  Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
