    update windows 10 in my lumia 635

    Check which version of Lumia 635 you have at settings > extras & info: is it 512MB or 1GB RAM ?

    If it is 512MB RAM, it cannot be upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile.

    If it is 1GB RAM, download and install the Upgrade Advisor app from the store. Run it and follow the instructions on screen.

    It will not affect Windows 10 activation.

    There will be a performance increase, especially if you are still using a spinner hard disk and not an SSD.

    Do you have 64-bit Windows installed? If you have 32-bit Windows installed, you won't see anything over slightly less than 4GB of the RAM.
