Windows 10: Ram usable

Discus and support Ram usable in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; When i play fortnite in taskmanager it always show 60 percent r less usage of ram (memory) i i cant use ram more than that .bec beca of thia sometimes...     When i play fortnite in taskmanager it always show 60 percent r less usage of ram (memory) i i cant use ram more than that .bec beca of thia sometimes games lose frames

    usable RAM

    I have 16GB RAM but it indicates only 1.98GB usable. How do I make all 16 usable?

    Usable RAM

    The RAM is recognized. In BIOS it shows exact amount installed, Windows also shows exact amount installed but limits usable RAM.

    Ram usable

    Less Usable RAM available

    I have 4 GB of installed RAM but i had only 3.47 GB of RAM usable. After I reinstalled my windows (i updated it) it shows only 2.98 GB of Ram usable. Why? How may i fix it?
