Windows 10: RAM Usage 100% on 32GB System Idle

Over the past couple of weeks, My ram has slowly begun to creep up on me. My specs are below:Ryzen 7800x3dRTX 4070 MSI Gaming X TrioAsus B650 E-F Gaming32GB 5400mhz Corsair RGB Pro1TB Boot NVME1TB SSD1TB HDDWindows 11 ProThe ram usage usually increases the longer the system is on. After about 8 hours it would max the ram. Windows Safe Mode seems to get rid of the issue.I ran Kaspersky and Windows Defender both on full scans and nothing showed up.Games make the system stutter, as im typing this my system is freezing up randomly just on idle.Below is Task Manager followed by RamMap and finally P

CPU usage 100% but system idle process says otherwise

Hello, So I was copying a large group of files (400 gigs) to an external drive, it was about 150 gigs in when the PC crashed ( i believe due to MSI usb speed up), i've since removed the MSI program but CPU usage stays at 100% from the moment the PC turns on, however system idle process shows it's using most everything which is good, and PC perfomance is normal and unlike if CPU usage was actually 100%, but I can't figure out how to fix this, any suggestions or tips would be so helpful, I've attached screen shots showing 100% usage but every program running doesn't add up to near that and system idle showing everything mostly idle. Thanks!!!!!

- Not a fix for your unknown RAM use (Greg's suggestions should help with that), and this only adds up to a bit under 1GB use but...

A system is not at idle with around eight Chrome browser Windows and tabs open.

Discord, and two active searches. Not to mention a system hogging 'Anti-malware' program.

Desktop Window Manager is using more than usual as well.

- It looks like you have a bit of DELL bloatware running too.

- What is the RAM use straight after re-booting Windows ?
