In game fps drop, big ram usage

"he took his time to answer my questions but that didn't help me at all"

    - Posting what he suggest would prevent you having to read the same suggestions again, and help us have a better idea of what

    else to suggest.

"right now Antimalware service and Service host I think are the main memory consumption apps right now"

How did you come to that conclusion ? You said Chrome is never open when gaming but you have, I believe,

four Chrome browsers open and ten tabs open in one of them (if they are minimised to Taskbar they are still open) .

In total they are using almost as much RAM as the game = 44636.5 MB or 4.6GB.

[EDIT: If these Chrome browsers are not actually open it may be related to an issue I read about that caused chrome to use a lot of

cpu after closing, but I can't find the thread in which Dave suggested a fix for a bug in Chrome that causes that issue. ]

The Local Host is using very little RAM and no cpu, and the reason
    Task Manager
is using some cpu\RAM is because

you have it open, and even that cpu use will normally drop down after Task Manager has full loaded.

Even if it doesn't there is still plenty of cpu available as the game is only using 34.5%.

    - If you want the best gaming performance avoid multi-tasking and dedicate your system resources to the game.

    Or get more RAM.
