Windows 10: Ran a scan, is there anything else I need to do?

A few minutes ago, I turned off my computer and got an error where I had to click OK to terminate the program. I chose to look into this more and it seems that I had some damaged files. I tried running a sfc scan, but the window instantly closes, so I ran a scannow command prompt. Windows Resource Protection said it found corrupted files and repaired them. I just want to make sure if I can close out of the command prompt window or if I still need to do something.

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Cannot update to 1903

In place upgrade repairs and Windows upgrades cannot be performed successfully while in safe mode.

Instead perform upgrades while in clean boot.

Once you have ran through the steps in the upgrade check list then perform an upgrade in clean boot using the Windows 10 iso.

It may be successful after running through the check list.
If not it should generate the better error code.
Panther logs can be scanned to see if there are focused troubleshooting steps.

 

TouchPad problem

see attached screenshot of the keys after I re ran the scan

so i assume next steps are to have that program open that you suggested whilst using the laptop and then when the touchpad gets disabled to check if the keys have changed?
