Windows 10: Ran a Windows 11 on 8/2/24 and now I can't log on to my PC

I'm not sure if that's the date of the update or not, but I had ran it then and ever since when I go to put in my password it takes longer to process, then directs me to a black screen where I sometimes can see my cursor.I've booted in safe mode and attempted to roll back quality and feature updates it was able to rollback one quality update and also run the repair which did not work.
