Windows 10: Ran updates. Laptop won't restart normally. Got dark blue screen with No cursor. Windows 11

Ran all kinds of actions with keyboard. The monitor lights up a bit but not too much. I have No cursor. The Laptop powers up but won't do anything else since I ran several updates. Computer is fairly New.

Re-started Windows Explorer: My screen went blank/dark blue

1. My taskbar disappeared first. I opened task manager and found Windows Explorer at the bottom of the processes.

2. I pressed re-start and normally, the screen goes back to normal. I didn't do the steps you list in 2.

3. No. I just get the list.

4. I restarted my computer and nothing changes. I turned it off and waited, then turned it back on. I get the sign on screen. Enter my password and then the dark blue screen appears.

That 's it.

 

Blinking cursor on dark screen after dpc watchdog and updates

I recently installed Windows 10 1-2 months ago and was doing ok but Windows installer wasn't functional. That was still an issue but yesterday my computer seemed to update, then a blue watchdog screen came up and then restarted to dark screen with blinking
cursor. Not sure how to address and need detailed guidance. Toshiba satellite from 2011. Personal laptop.

 

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
