Random account appeared on login to my computer - Possible Google Drive connection?

This is modeled off of the same question as this: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...computer/f37fa75e-38d7-41c5-ba4b-b86ccb56df4b Honestly can't word it better than him.

The responses to that question did not solve the issue but I have a new item to add that may aid in locating its origin!

Original question: "Hi, recently i noticed that my computer has gained an account when i go to login, this random account only shows up on login and messes with my auto login, it always tries to login to this account and i have no idea where it came from or what the password for it even is? When i go into my accounts in settings there is no second account just my original so i really have no idea how to get rid of it or where it came from in the first place. It shows up beneath my original account on the login screen as just my name and no email below it like a standard account and i cant gain access to it. So basically i have a rogue account that i have no information about or know what it could be doing?"

I have this interesting fact to add however.... I believe it is stemming from my google drive! When I go to properties on my google drive it get this location: C:\Users\codyp_ark3boh\Google Drive. codyp_ark3boh is the rogue account that my Surface 3 (the device with the issue) tries to log into. None of my passwords work to log into this codyp_ark3boh account, and no, my google account is not called codyp_ark3boh (though it is similar). I also have downloaded the Drive application and use it in my Documents, I have not tried uninstalling and observing a difference, I'm hoping I don't have to go down that route.

Could it be that my laptop is confusing my google account as another user? I have gone into "accounts" in settings, there are no other accounts, and you can see that in netplwiz that its just my normal microsoft account.

This is not the same issue as the "ghost account" that appears when you improperly type in your password when you deselect "Users must enter a username..." under User Accounts

    Any help is highly appreciated
