Windows 10: Random Account managed to log in and removed my admin rights

I've had such similar issue before. This time a random account name ajshvx managed to log into my laptop and removed my administration rights, I tried to solve it by resetting my SSD, but on Windows Recovery only that admin account is showing up, and i cant delete it from there. Now i am stuck without admin rights. Also using the built-in Administrator account is also inaccessible from the account anymore. I really dont know what to do now...

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Is your account the admin account, and you can’t remove it? I just want to make sure I’m solving the right problem.

Right click on “this pc” and go to manage.

Once open, expand local users and groups, then click on users. If the administrator account isn’t enabled, right click and enable it. Right click and set a password for it.

Now, try to log into that account and follow this steps for your old account.

Then, right click on This PC, and go to properties. Click on "Advanced system settings" on the left. Then click on the "advanced" tab - click on settings under "user profiles" and make sure it's gone from that list as well.

I'd also visit -
https://account.microsoft.com/account - log in, and make sure under devices, it's removed from your account.

Vista: How to give FULL admin rights to other accounts???

I'm not sitting at my Vista machine right now, but I think it has something do with going into Computer Management, I think you need to add your user account to a group. Perhaps add your user account to the same groups that the built-in Administrator account is in.

That doesn't work in Vista. When you set an account as an admin account, it is really like setting it as a Power User in XP. It still bugs the crap out of you every time you try to do something that requires admin rights.
