Windows 10: random adware on new laptop. Adware.pokki

Hello, I have bought a new acer laptop, yesterday when setting it up command prompt would quickly come on and go but i didn't think anything of it as i ran ESET one time scanner and nothing was found. However today i decided to run Malwarebytes adwcleaner and it found adware.pokki. Yesterday when setting up acer did state for me to press yes on windows start up which wanted administrator privileges but i don't think it came from that.I haven't removed or quarantined anything since I don't know what that would lead to.I have run FSRT : FSRT scan results I am going to run MSS in the mean time.Th

Adware

Adware such as notityday is preventing my children from accessing their computers, this is due to the explicit content of some of their ads. Normal virus protection software doesn't even detect adware and those that do claim to remove them do so only at
a cost.

Are not the companies that have their adds on these intrusive sites, guilty therefore of corrupting minors the distributors surely are.

Microsoft and google do nothing to help remove or prevent adware infections, in fact their lack of detecting such malicious and intrusive programmes suggest they condone them. With no tools provided to clean-up these infections they are demonstrating themselves
as willing participants and along with those who allow their ads to be used by adware invaders are guilty of infecting our computers, just as much as the adware distributors.

Isn't it therefore time they cleaned up the internet, made it harder for these programmes from entering their software and easier to remove. Surly laws are being broken here, even if its only the corruption of minors.

 

adware problem

i have a relatively new lumea 830. Just recently i have been plagued with adware whenever i get on the internet. eg, im on a website looking at a new car, i click on the photos of the car, I can look at the first photo but when I click on the next one a
new page automatically opens with adware. I close this page and go back to my car photo, click on it and it gives me the new photo but again the next opens the new page with adware. I have tried everything I can think of to resovle the problem with no luck
and Microsoft Support have just told me there is nothing I can do. Im finding this a little hard to swallow. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
