Windows 10: Random app with no name stopping my computer from restarting and internet taking forever to...

It’s really confusing me but a random app with the default icon and no name is preventing my pc from restarting and it worries me I have a virus on my computer and it is running in the background. When I try to click restart anyways It seems to close by its self and I checked task manger and nothing was there. One time I reset my pc and the app said “NON VISIBLE WINDOW” and I might be overthinking it but I think a non visible cmd box is in the background. Now with my internet it takes a long time for it to connect I have a WiFi adapter and it usually connects quick and I check my WiFi speed an

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
