Windows 10: Random apps I've never seen or downloaded pops up

Hey, so recently I've noticed some weird changes, commad program pops up out of the blue, the same with 2 unkown programs i've never seen before, while using my pc. Then one of them paused my video and muted it somehow, I've tried to use multiple anti-virus devices, but they can't find anything. As well as if i take my mouse over the program it automaticly closes as soon as my mouse hits the program.

sounds/headset popping

hello guys,

I have really annoying random sound popping issues its a silent tik, but so annoying, I ve tried everything but dont know how to fix this..

I never had fast booting on , I tried changing cpu minimum to 100% and still popping (changed it to default again)

I deleted drivers and reinstalled them and still not working, does anyone know how to fix this cuz this is really annoying.
