Windows 10: Random beeping through speakers, search boxes opening randomly and typing "-bn/"

I installed a new CPU and immediately had an issue where the pc would force a normal shutdown. It would beep through the speakers before closing all my windows and shutting down as if I had clicked "Shut Down" or pressed the power button, not a sudden loss of power. I tried everything including putting the old CPU back and eventually found out that the

Random series of beeps from computer speakers.

If they're clearly beeps then it will usually be the motherboard speaker which is installed in order to broadcast the beep signals warning of hardware failure. Can you find a pattern similar to one shown in the list?
