Windows 10: Random Bitlocker Recovery Code Requests

My surface book 2 has asked me 4 times (in 6 months) for it's bitlocker recovery code for no apparent reason. How can I stop this happening?

When i request the Bitlocker Recovery for a laptop, Microsoft sent me the code for a Tablet, different products and different Products KEY ID.

Thanks for you reply MR Andre, i did what you said and connected at the link /devices, on devices my laptop is listed on my all devices recorded. The problems start when after i click on device manage, when i request a Bitlocker Recovery Key, the system
popup the screen and request the secondary e-mail or phone number to send text message to confirm yourself and send the code to open other screen where "should show the Bitlocker code", however when open this "other screen" give me the Code/Password for other
device with other KEY ID, not as mine, that i do all the steps.

Have found my BitLocker Recovery Key and input. All good. Turn off Surface Pro3 and then turn on again and the request for the BitLocker Recovery Key comes up again? Why does this continue to come up?

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.
