Windows 10: Random black window

Hey guys, so I've recently bought a new msi laptop and after like 3 weeks of usage i suddenly get a random black window whenever i start up my laptop. I can close the window down but i cant see what it is in task manager or where its file locations are. I added a pic down below. I can also minimize it down but i cant type in it or do anything else. It also doesnt show up in my taskbar as u can see so i need to alt tab to reach it. I'm worried because i think it might have some negative effects down the road of my new laptop. Does someone know what it is? Maybe it's some stupid windows option i can turn off, I dont really know anymore. I tried searching it up but Google mistakes it for being a black screen and that obviously isnt the problem here. If u need any more info on the device let me know!

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to update the Display drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
