Windows 10: Random Blue Screen and Reboot

Just around 10 days I finished building my new gaming rig with the following components :


Rog Strix X570 ITX

Ryzen 9 5950X

Rog Ryou 240mm AIO

Nvidia 3090 FE with thermaltake riser cable

1 TB Sabrent NVME m.2 PCIE 4.0 Windows installed here

2 TB Sabrent NVME m.2 PCIE 4.0


NO OVERCLOCKS


I am stating them because you might get a deeper inside on the problem


So everything worked fine really until one week ago I got a random Blue Screen statin the pc would reboot and windows was collecting some info. Unfortunately I was not able to record the error code but I went into the reliability history and found these being the error codes :


Windows has stopped working :

After this single crash it stopped so I thought to myself it was probably trivial but then it happened again today in the early morning. The crash and the blue screen appeared on the screen for literally less than 1 second so again I was not able to record the code. From the reliability history it doesn't show any critical Windows errors but it just says that windows was not properly shutdown.


I also noticed that everyday I was getting problems with armoury crate from Asus so I just disinstalled the problem.

Random Blue Screen Errors

On my Lenovo-All in One, I get random blue screen errors when the computer sits idle for a couple hours.

STOPCODE: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED nvlddmkm.sys

I need to power off the computer, but each time it successfully reboots, fortunately.

Any suggestions?

• When did the random reboot issue start?
• Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
• Are you encountering a blue screen error when your computer suddenly reboots? If so, what is the error message that you're getting?

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
