Windows 10: Random Blue screens 0xc000021a

I have been hit with loads of blue screens, it is mainly a loop. I have reinstalled windows 2-3 times switched from windows 11 to windows 10. I also switched hard drives. Went from a 980pro and the other a 2tb hard drive. The error codes I have got are:0xc000021aNO MORE IRP STACK LOCATIONS IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL KMODE EXECPTION NOT HANDLED APC INDEX MISMATCH FLTMGR.SYS FAILED NTOSKRNL SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE I have since booted without a graphics card, with single sticks of ram. re applied thermal paste to CPU 2x. removed hard drives and m2 drives. I have used a

• What is the exact error message or error code you are getting?

Before we proceed, I would like to know which steps have you tries to fix the issue.

Blue screen 0xc000021a on installation of Windows 10

Having trouble installing Win 10 from a usb stick. I've attached some pics of the boot process and my bios. It happened after trying to "reset" from Windows 10. I have reset the bios on the board with the jumpers. Deleted all partitions on drive and tried it both as having a C:\ drive already registered and not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently booting from a Hiren's USB so have a few options. Never used it before but was useful for formatting the HDD etc.

I would think it was a hardware problem if it wasn't for it being fine before this. Must be drivers or bios settings?
