Windows 10: Random blue screens of death, this time it was video dxgkrnl fatal error

Hello!


I've been having issues ever since i changed from windows 7 to windows 10 about 2 years ago. Random bluescreens periodically, sometimes i could go months without errors and sometimes it would happen once or twice a day. This time i actually got one ive never seen before called video dxgkrnl fatal error. Ive uploaded both a system information file and a event viewer log file (timestamp for the error was around 2/27/2019 10:33 AM). Im grateful for any help or ideas i could get. Thank you!

I get BSOD multiple times a day and it says: video dxgkrnl fatal error


Everyday, my computer crashes and crashes over and over and it doesn't stop(10 times or more). I always get the blue screen of death and most of the time it says video dxgkrnl fatal error. Usually it happens when I'm playing games on steam.

Video DXGKRNL Fatal Error

Hello. I am getting Video DXGKRNL Fatal Error blue screen during boot up on my lenovo desk top using Windows 10. I cannot access the device manager as windows never fully loads. The windows logo appears for awhile and then straight to the blue screen. I
am able to enter the BIOS screen (Ctrl+P) but that's it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
