Windows 10: Random Blue Screens When Working on Computer Normally

So for the past week, my computer randomly will freeze and blue screen when I am working. The thing is, it isn't ay heavy workload for my computer, just google chrome tabs, Microsoft Office documents and sometimes Discord. Its been happening multiple times and I can't seem to find the problem. I compiled the Window Dump files and the information files from the crashes into a folder, I was just wondering how I could figure out what the problem. I went on Windows update and already checked for updates to drivers but I am not sure if I am missing something or if it is hardware related. I can shar

Random Blue Screen Errors

On my Lenovo-All in One, I get random blue screen errors when the computer sits idle for a couple hours.

STOPCODE: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED nvlddmkm.sys

I need to power off the computer, but each time it successfully reboots, fortunately.

Any suggestions?
