Windows 10: random bluescreening issue that has been partially fixed

My PC randomly crashes mostly when I'm not playing games.I did a clean install of Windows 11 to repair my PC since it wouldn't boot up without crashingbut the bluescreening didn't stop.the last support said it might be my RAM or HDD I only have SSDS if that changes anything but they haven't responded for a while at least a weekSo, im here to continue my help ticket since my PC issue isn't getting any better maybe even getting worse

Constant bluescreens - still not fixed

I don't think you understood my issue - my bluescreens are random, so I can't do a clean boot and provoke a bluescreen. I am not sure what the steps you suggested have anything to do with my problem and it is not clear how it will help. The PC does boot
up normally, it just crashes randomly during the day.

I am pretty sure the issue is related to a driver that could be incompatible with Win 10. Please check the older threads to further understand the issue.

Bluescreen issue

Hello Brent, bluescreen issue is often resulted by faulty hardware or drivers. I suggest updating Graphics card drivers and Network adapter drivers because they usually cause this

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
