Windows 10: Random blure circels on my screen after got hacked

Hello, my question is hard to explain it, but I will try my best, I got hacked 3 days ago from EXE excutable file, and the hacker got my facebook page, but I contact Meta pro team and I got my page back and my admin, I reset my windows to an old date before the EXE downloaded to my pc, now I see random 5 or 6 blure circles on my desktop and they are act like a mouse, and sometime one of these circels convert to look a crusor mouse, I am not connected to the WiFi, is the hacker may still having access to my PC even if i am not connected to the internet ?

My Nokia 5800 XM, the screen is blured

i don't know what to do especially when the tempherature is low, the screen is blured, the first time it happened when i was travelling in the mountain, i was so sad because i couldn't take pictures from my N 5800, i thought it was the lcd which broke down
or something, but when i restarted it, the nokia logo was just fine, then i realized and noticed that the screen is blured in low tempherature,even when i was in a cool place, such as a place with AC(Air Conditioner)just 20 degree of Celcius,,,please help
me....

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
