Windows 10: Random border appears in Computer Management screen

Hi,I would like to get some advice from this community and to see if there is a fix to a potential issue.I have recently installed Windows 10 International English 21H2 from the original OEM DVD onto 4 PCs, and am having an issue on with a frame border appearing randomly in the Windows Computer Management screen. I will attach screenshots for reference. This is driving me nuts because I feel there is something wrong with my PCs. I will have just opened this particular screen and may just leave it, and then the border randomly appears. Initially, I thought malware or faulty hardware, but it h

I only turned my pc on. then plugged in my Clickfree to backup my files. Have no idea if there were updates.
