Windows 10: Random BSOD 0x0000000a 0x0000000074000000, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x0000000000000086,...

Basically everytime i use one specific Application there is the random BSOD after an indefinite time and i really want to play with my friends but its Difficult if it happens every what or so minutes. it never takes more than 11 mintue or so.in the Eventlog thing from windows its says:System - Provider [ Name] Microsoft-Windows-WER-SystemErrorReporting [ Guid] {dont know if i can post} EventID 1001 Version 1 Level 2 Task 0 Opcode 0 Keywords 0x8000000000000000 - TimeCreated [ SystemTime] 2024-09-28T20:44:35.7880605Z EventRecordID 6396 Correlation - Execution [ ProcessID] 1076 [ ThreadID]

Random BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x0000000a)


I keep getting a BSOD reading IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL along with instances where my computer just locks up completely. It happens at random and I haven't been able to figure out what's causing it. If my computer doesn't lock up on startup or crashes during use it runs fine without problems. Event Logs list the bugcheck code as 0x0000000a (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8015f2f42b0). I've attached the zip as instructed.

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

I followed the article listed and have enabled driver verification, open restarting and getting to the login screen it immediantly gave a BSOD with the same code of Driver_IQRL_Not_Less_Or_Equal and this is the bugcheck in event viewer:
0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x00000000000000fe, 0xfffff80559ba9160)

A crash dump was made and I have uploaded it to the OneDrive folder originally listed.

Can you check if there is anything new in the crash dump? In the mean time I'll continue to run driver verifier until another crash dump is made.
