Random BSOD and Crashes when trying to launch certain games

For the last couple of weeks, I've been running into some peculiar issues ever since I upgraded an old 1TD mechanical hard drive to a 2TB Samsung NVME as my main drive. Running in a desktop environment doesn't give me any problems and I was able to transfer all of my data over without any issues. I can web browse, watch YouTube, and do school work all day without any issues. But I also have a 500GB SATA SSD from Western Digital that might need troubleshooting. But any time I try to launch a more graphically demanding game New World & FFXVI as two examples I will get a "WHEA Uncorrectable

    :)

    crashes in certain games

Are they just random crashes? Or do they most commonly occur 5 minutes into playing a certain game?

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

    Game controller causes random BSOD

Your device list doesnt indicate any game controller. Not in driver-versions text file. What controller is it? Are you using the microsoft provided driver, a driver on a disk or ? If it was installed, i would suggest going into device manager and making sure the box in the image is unchecked. Yes its for my mouse, but same thing.
