    Hi,

I just built a new windows 10 system and it has been randomly crashing. I have been able to trigger a crash by running prime95 (I updated my drivers and reran it and it seemed to be fine after) and when I put the system into hibernate. As well sometimes when I boot up the computer it will crash.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks for the answer.

I have checked the Troubleshoot before with no luck (since the errors occurs while using the PC - there aren't any updates or new hardware).

Now i have tried to do a recovery, but unfortunately the reset stopped in about 20%. All i got was a desktop message says: "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made".

What options do i have now, except from creating new user account..?

Please upload copies of dump files that were created during the last month as shared files to your OneDrive with a link here.

The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files select the keyboard shortcut
Win+S, type Folder Options in the Search box and click the Folder Options result. Select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked.
You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?

Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of
the report it produces to your OneDrive. To get a report on all drivers select Edit, Select All followed by File, Save Selected Items.

    DriverView: Loaded Windows Drivers List

Please provide a copy of your System Information file.
To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcut
    Win+R
, type msinfo32 and press the ENTER
key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located.
Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for
the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode. If the report is in a language
other than English, please state the language.

For help with OneDrive see paragraph 9.3:

Ah, I see the product key is legit *Smile
I'm sorry for the trouble, but I had to be sure it was not from a crack.

There are some 0x1A(MEMORY_MANAGEMENT) indicating memory problems, or drivers passing corrupted data.
There are also some crashes where the Windows File System occurs in the stack, this usually is an indication of the hard drive having problems, but it could also mean a bad driver.
A driver from Kaspersky has been flagged a few times.
If the memory test passes with the minimum requirements, please try a reinstallation of kaspersky.
Please use their uninstall tool to clean remove Kaspersky: Service articles

After the uninstallation process is finished, simply install Kaspersky again.

I take it as I have bad RAM?

Edit: I just read that memtest 5.01 may not support DDR 4 RAM...

I don't see the + in the photo, have you used MemTest86?
If you have, MemTest86 does support DDR4.

It is safe to assume the memory is fine, MemTest86+ is never tested and/or updated for DDR4.

I would like to know the frequency and voltage of the memory, you can find it in the BIOS.
These values could also cause memory corruption if they aren't correct.

They are all set to AUTO / default and the memory was on the manufactures recommended list.

DRAM Frequency - DDR-2133 (1:8) and there is another setting that says JEDEC #1 2133 MHz, JDEC #2 1866 MHz and JDEC #3 1600 Mhz

    Voltage is 1.20 V

Good values, but it may be an option to think of changing the settings from auto. It sometimes happens that the setting 'auto' changes a few things what causes problems.

While we're busy with it, please check also the timings.
