I can't run SeaTools as I have an SSD but I ran HDTune...

    Please see screenshots for results.

The SSD is brand new, with the newest Firmware... Should that CRC Error count be of concern?

Interface CRC Error count are caused by communication errors between the drive and the host (southbridge) and typically involve an issue with the drive, SATA cable or the motherboard. These errors aren't generally something to worry about in terms of an absolute count as errors may have occurred on day 1 and never re-occurred. You should worry when it occasionally increases.

Well it seems to only blue screen when booting up... and it happened on Day 1, before anything was installed... (I thought it blue screened due to it missing drivers at first). What would you recommend my next step be?

Please see attached for the results of the Intel Burn Test...

What do you suggest trying next? Like I said it only seems to crash when I boot into windows.

Is the PSU checked for broken cables, loose cables or improper/damaged connection?

Please check in the BIOS for the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values and let me know what they are.

A brand new PSU doesn't mean the cables aren't broken or something, please check the cables.

Sorry for delay... Been busy last few days....

Please see attached screenshot of the voltage from PSU. I didn't see any broken or damaged cables on the PSU. Keep in mind its crashing just after it hits the desktop (Desktop starts to load, Skype attempts to open up and a few seconds later it crashes).

Do you have any other suggestions?

    Many thanks and Happy Holidays!

I have a feeling there is some where a misconfiguration, but I wouldn't be able to pinpoint it.
Please run the dm log collector again and upload the zip file, I'll ask someone to take a look at this.

I will run that when I get home later today... However I'm not sure if its a miss-configuration. When I first installed windows 10 I got a BSOD after I shut down and booted up the computer (as far as I can remember nothing was installed yet). I chocked it up to being caused by missing drivers and such but now I think otherwise... I have also since then done a repair on windows 10 and had it check for updates and such.

One thing I haven't tried yet is updating to the newest version of windows 10 (the November update) As well, I saw an article about Intel Graphic driver issues in windows 10 (I have a dedicated GPU, but I believe the driver has been installed for it)? Any other thoughts?

What I find strange is that it only crashes on start up and the odd time on shutdown...
