  1. Random BSOD Issues

    Hello all,

I've been experiencing random BSODs for the last year or so, and it's become much more problematic recently. I've done most reasonably accessible troubleshooting steps, but have yet to find anything which has given me a long term solution. So far, it seems like the crashes occur when I'm using a video player on firefox, but they will often occur after I put my computer to sleep as well. -- funnily enough, my computer crashed while I was updating this post, which makes it roughly one BSOD per hour today. --

Recently, I have: updated BIOS, clean installed graphics drivers, reinstalled windows from recovery drive keeping apps and programs, run the windows memory test which I know isn't as good as memtest, but it did check out okay, run chkdsk, run sfc scannow, and updated any drivers that I could find an update for.

I was storing upwards of 10 crash logs but they were deleted in one of my most recent attempts to fix the issue. I currently have 3 new crash logs that occurred today and I've attached them to this post. I've been running WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView for the last year or so, and I've never gotten a definitive answer as to which driver/component might be responsible for these issues.

    My system consists of:

    CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

    GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570

    Motherboard: MSI B450 A Pro

    Ram: 2 x 8gb G-skill ripjaw V series DDR4 2400MHz

    Hard Drive: Crucial MX500 SSD

Please let me know if there's any other information that I could provide and I'd be happy to do so. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone could offer!

    :)
