    Hi,

    On three occasions, my laptop has crashed displaying the blue screen. If I recall correctly, the blue screens occured while I was either browsing the web or reading a PDF..

    Random BSOD occurring frequently

    Greetings!

    I am receiving BSODs about every other day, especially when running games. I have updated all my drivers as well as keeping up with Windows Updates with no avail. Please help me in discovering what is going on and next steps. Thanks.

    BSOD error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on Windows 10

    I've been getting the BSOD error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION at seemingly random times over the past few days and would like to figure out what the issue is. Here is the link to the last three DMP files: DMP Files.zip

    Please check your manufacturer Acer for driver updates.
    I would suggest to update your BIOS, update or reinstall the newest driver available for Windows 10.
    This removes any corrupted drivers and updates the outdated drivers *Smile
