    Random BSOD When Laptop In Locked Mode


    Hi,

    I encountered random BSOD when my laptop in locked mode (WIN + L).
    Please refer to attached BSOD error and the logs captured.
    Need your help and advice here. Thanks in advance.

    got locked out of a laptop which is not password protected

    I got locked out of my laptop which is not password protected, i just recently installed a windows 10 enterprise and Because of the BSOD, my laptop got restarted automatically most of the times when i used torrent or play games. so i tried so many methods
    to solve this BSOD error, but nothing works, so i decided to use Safe mode, i log in to safe mode and then run an antivirus scan and then restart my laptop only to get locked out of my laptop and its not password protected, stucked at locked screen, which
    i usually just pressed space and done but not this time. Please Help Asap

    There is no dump file in dump folder. You may refer to updated attachment.

    Do you run any disk cleaners like CCleaner? If so it's deleting the dump files. Either stop running it for awhile until we get this problem resolved or uncheck Memory dumps and Windows log files under System before running it again.

    Need to be able to look at the BSOD dumps to be able to help.

    Did you try doing the Clean Boot as described at the link I provided?
