Windows 10: Random BSOD

Hello,

This is getting me frustrated and I've broken down to ask for help! I built a new PC recently and have had very random BSODs with varying messages. I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and have re-installed twice already. I've downloaded a registry repair tool, driver updater, and WhoCrashed. I get a lot of KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE and I've seen ntoskrnl.exe come up a lot but can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it.

Please help!

My specs:
AMD A10-7870K (Includes Radeon R7 graphics)
MSI A78M-E35
16 GB RAM
240 SSD for OS
2 TB HD for files

So far, with one memory chip no BSOD. But, getting a BSOD would be random and infrequent.

I've went through that article in the past and still have gotten BSOD.

 

DISM, Windows Reset/Refresh not working.

Faulty RAM can give rise to 'random' blue screens (BSODs).

Warning Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with SlimDrivers, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

I will try that when I get home tonight. I'm not sure if QuickStream loaded automatically when I installed Win10. I saw reference to it in another forum though and downloaded the latest and installed. I'll try to completely remove it. I also removed Plex media server, but unfortunately that didn't help. I'll post an update this evening.

 

Ok, keep me posted in case of new bluescreens.

 

I uninstalled everything that had AMD in it. That took away the video and audio drivers though so I did a Windows update and they installed again. I got another BSOD this morning *Sad. Attached the lasted files.

I only asked for the removal of AMD Quickstream *Wink
The rest wasn't yet needed to uninstall.

From my experience, installing the AMD display drivers from Windows Update sometimes causes problems. The reason to this is that users install the drivers from 2 sources what conflicts with each other.
However, the CPU part (amdppm.sys driver) of your APU can, according to my data, only be installed through Windows Update.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to ONLY install the display drivers using custom/advanced options.

Alright, updated system specs, uninstalled drivers as suggested and installed the video drivers only. I did also install AVG. I realized I hadn't done that and just wanted to make sure there wasn't a virus or something adding to the situation.

No. Last week I reset the bios to default just to be safe. Didn't have anything oc'd but wanted to make sure I didn't change something by accident.

 

Can you disable the GPU part of the APU and see how it goes?

 

Just an update.. it didn't go well. Like an idiot I forgot that was my only GPU. I disabled it. Now I can't even get into the bios lol. I'm going to try clearing the CMOS to see if that gets me back to default. I did notice there was a setting for the GPU so when I get back in it I'll check that out.
