    Random BSODs netio.sys & ntoskrnl.exe

Hello. Earlier in the year I was plagued by BSODs on this same machine running W7. I hoped the upgrade to W10 would solve this problem, but it hasn't. Am still getting crashes that according to WhoCrashed are from netio.sys and ntoskrnl.exe. I have attached the dm_log_collector report. Going through this process with W7 I ensured that all the drivers were the latest ones, as least as of June. Also did the requisite memory tests, etc., i.e. everything possible given advice of people on sevenforums. Since upgrade to W10 it's only crashed once while I was using it, and that was when I was using Chrome to look at some slides on Slideshare. The other times it's happened while idle.

    :)

0x139 Bug check BSOD happening a lot.

i only know from bluescreenview that the bsods were caused by ntoskrnl.exe and sometimes random drivers.

heres the link to the skydrive containing the 32 minidumps: OneDrive

    Hi cormanaz,

Please remove Gigabyte and IObit software, Gigabyte software is known for causing BSOD's and IObit software is just bad software.

    Please update or uninstall Kaspersky.
Kaspersky is trying to connect with the internet, not sure for what as it could be a few things, but how Kaspersky is trying to connect is not covered by the Network Input/Output System or the Network Input/Output System is expecting something different which is why you get a 0x3B(SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION).

Thanks for the advice. I got rid of IObit. I thought I had already uninstalled all the Gigabyte crapware, and nothing shows on add/remove programs. Does something still show as installed in the reports I sent?

On Kaspersky, some time ago I tried removing/reinstalling it and it didn't seem to help. I've posted your comment on their forum to see what they have to say. What is the best antvirus software in terms of providing good protection and not causing BSOD problems like this? Searching around I see posts about similar problems with Norton, Symantec, etc.

MSIView is also software from Gigabyte.
Search "msinfo32" (without quotes) and press enter, msinfo32.exe should open.
Below an image of where you can find it what I mean in the msinfo32 file
    Attachment 44928

3rd party AV programs are not 100% compatible, especially with Windows 10 as it'll keep changing and is only a few months old.
Until they are more compatible, it is recommended to use Windows Defender as alternative, the only AV that is garanteed compatible and offers fairly protection.
