    Random BSODs ntoskrnl.exe

Hi all, i just got a new laptop (Clevo P670HS-G) and have been having random BSODs with different bug check strings such as MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and it's always ntoskrnl.exe so I've no idea whats causing it.

I've already tried formatting and reinstalling Windows, and swapped the RAM for different identical sticks (Corsair DDR4 3000mhz running at 2666mhz) and updated BIOS and drivers.

I'm hoping someone can make sense of the parameters in the 3 minidumps attached?
Seems to be totally random, it just went almost 2 weeks without problems, yet other times could do within 4 days of eachother.

    Thanks.

    :)

0x139 Bug check BSOD happening a lot.

i only know from bluescreenview that the bsods were caused by ntoskrnl.exe and sometimes random drivers.

heres the link to the skydrive containing the 32 minidumps: OneDrive

The only thing I see so far is a problem with secnvme.sys in the 8/14 dump.
Code: ffffe401`3cd39008 fffff805`08c19318*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for dump_secnvme.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for dump_secnvme.sys dump_secnvme+0x19318[/quote] which is the Samsung NMVe driver with the 960 Pro SSD.
Having the rest of the files collected with DM_Log_collector.exe may help.

Do you have a Samsung SSD? If so, see if there is a firmware update for it.

Yes sorry I forgot to post system specs.

    Core i7 7820HK
    2 x 16GB (32GB total) Corsair DD4 3000mhz (running at 2666mhz default profile)
    GTX 1070
    Samsung 960 Pro M.2 NVME

Yes I have a Samsung 960 Pro NVME, already has the latest firmware according to Samsung Magician, and I got latest driver from website.

I just tried Driver verifier and after reboot it immediately BSOD, couldn't even get into windows so I just did System Restore.
That dump is now in the DM log folder attached.

Neither one of the bsod mini dump files could be opened or debugged.

Use file explorer > this pc > local C: driver > search:
    %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Save the file to the desktop > use one driver or drop box > post a share link into the thread

which new zip?I uploaded the DM log zip last night and I just uploaded the latest full memory dump above.
Yes it's still under warranty but I don't think it's a hardware problem, not sending it back when it's most likely a driver problem.

Here's another DM log just now:

There is windows error reporting whenever there are hangs, freezes or dumps. So if you post an updated one the logs can be troubleshooted.

Multiple malfunctioning drivers were identified in the dumps.

    Which drivers are malfunctioning?

Trying to open Logitech Gaming Software causes an immediate BSOD (SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED) when Driver Verifier is enabled.

    Heres full memory dump afterwards:

    And DM log attached:
