    Random BSODs

    Hi folks!

I installed Win 10 on my home server and it keeps crashing all the time with random BSODs (with a bunch of different error messages). Before that, it was running fine on Win Home Server 2011.

I tried a bunch of driver combinations (the default ones, the ones from ATI, the ones from Asrock, ...). Unfortunately, nothing solved the issue. Memtest is OK.

The hardware is an old-ish ASRock A780GXH/128M motherboard with a Phenom CPU.

Any ideas are highly appreciated. This is driving me nuts. *Smile

    :)

So far, with one memory chip no BSOD. But, getting a BSOD would be random and infrequent.

I've went through that article in the past and still have gotten BSOD.

    DISM, Windows Reset/Refresh not working.

Faulty RAM can give rise to 'random' blue screens (BSODs).

From what I can see you have KMSPico installed. This is pointing towards your Windows installation as being counterfeit. Yes, that's true.

Being a software developer I strongly believe in paying for software. However, I tend to test it and make sure that it works as expected before making a purchase, especially in case of expensive software. And Windows 10 has been failing badly so far.

Anyhow, sorry for wasting your time. *Sad

New released OS is very buggy in the first few months, if you crack it you'll only make it worse.

You should have used the Insider Preview then. See how you feel when people crack your software instead of buying it.
