    Random BSODs

    Hello!

    System info basics:
OS Name - Microsoft Windows 10 Home
    Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
    Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 8 Cores, 16 Logical Processors

Motherboard - ASRock B550 Steel Legend

    BIOS Version/Date - American Megatrends Inc. P1.90, 2/24/2021
GPU - MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
    PSU - Corsair TX750M 750W Modular 80plus gold
    RAM - 2 x HyperX Fury 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 RGB XMP HX432C16FB3A/16

I built a new PC in late November and it operated without error for 2-3 weeks before the BSODs started. At first they were almost all IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, but as they became more frequent, the error codes became more varied. Crashes almost always happened at idle or when surfing the net, but I could game for hours without incident. Lately, however, I get the occasional crash while gaming and I've begun getting system freezes and black screen restarts as well. Sometimes I can go almost a week without a crash and other times it crashes every 20 minutes. I've run multiple stress tests on everything and the components don't even break a sweat. I've run the Windows memory diagnostic as well as memtest86 overnight with no errors there either. I've swapped RAM slots and run both RAM sticks individually and I still get crashes on both sticks, so while I guess it's possible both sticks are bad, it seems very unlikely. That said, the RAM I'm running is not on the motherboard's QVL list and I've heard AMD builds can be quirky when it comes to RAM. My RAM is also rated at 3200mhz, but my motherboard defaults the setting to 2400mhz. I've set it at both frequencies and still get crashes.

No overclocking, all third party RGB, antivirus, etc. software removed.

I also have a PCI slot wireless/Bluetooth antenna. Not sure if that has any possible bearing on things.

I've run two or three different BIOS versions now running most current, updated all drivers, re-installed Windows fresh install initially, run mutliple chkdisk and sfc scans, etc. etc., all to no avail and I'm pretty much at my wit's end here. Is there a software incompatibility? Hardware incompatibility? Driver issue? Any help you guys can provide would be hugely appreciated.

I've uploaded dmp and system info files to the following link:

Please feel free to request any further info you think may be useful.

Thanks for taking time to take a look!

    Cheers!

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

    Random BSODs "Bad_Pool_Caller"

This BSOD happens anywhere, irrespective of BitDefender. It takes place even when the antivirus is MSE in case of Windows 7. The most common cause is an expired trial or a cracked installation. Some examples:

We are on our way of troubleshooting. If the uninstallation and reinstallation does not work, we will take the next step.

I, in general, know what I am doing and what I am suggesting. If I feel that I am unable to control the issue, I will definitely ask for help.
