    Hello,
I've been experiencing many BSOD's lately, happening randomly, mainly while just browsing Internet or even when idle. I've reinstalled Windows 2 days ago, blocked drvier installation via WIndows Update, installed drivers from the Acer's website only but the problem is still happening. 3 BSOD's since installing Windows.

    :)

So far, with one memory chip no BSOD. But, getting a BSOD would be random and infrequent.

I've went through that article in the past and still have gotten BSOD.

    DISM, Windows Reset/Refresh not working.

Faulty RAM can give rise to 'random' blue screens (BSODs).

    Note
    random BSODs [IMG]

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

  5. No problem, we all can speak polish! Please set the system language to english and post back a new DM Log Collector zip

    Hello kers,

    Welcome to TenForums!

I can see that you are using Kaspersky and while we are troubleshooting for you I would recommend that you uninstall this package especially as it was implicated in one of your BSOD events. Use: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/service.aspx?el=1464

Code: BugCheck D1, {62, 2, 0, fffff80d874d9aa4} *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klbackupdisk.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klbackupdisk.sys Probably caused by : partmgr.sys ( partmgr!PmGlobalDispatch+f7 )[/quote]

Sorry, the link was working earlier today. Try uninstalling it from Apps in Settings or look up the procedure on the Kaspersky website for your particular version.

Keep using it as normal and post a new set of logfiles if you do get any further BSOD crashes.
