    I am having TONS of issues with windows 11. I have purchased 5 company computers, all windows 11- 2 different brands of computers from bestbuy and walmart. Not budget computers either, and not refurbs. 4 of which are all having the same problem. I have updated windows, i am good with computers. Below is a picture of one of the issues, when trying to snap a window it does not snap into its rightful place. sometimes windows snap into a miniature form and when trying to close the browser down it acts as if its not there to move. see blow when canceling the snap the grey box stays there.     Hrrmmmm... but wouldnt formatting and reinstalling windows fix the issue since the virus/trojan/spyware isnt on the system any longer?

    Random freezes or shut downs

    Completely random freezing/shutdowns on a system with no recent hardware changes, and hard drive, memory, and PSU fine, usually means a software issue (file corruption or malicious software). I suggest following DavidV's recommendations.
