Windows 10: Random computer blackscreen then restart

I'm having an issue with my display drivers becoming unresponsive randomly. The computer will blackscreen while playing audio like nothing happened, I can still talk on Discord. A few seconds later the system restarts itself. I can't reliably crash the system, it just decides at random when to crash. I have furmarked it for an hour, overvolted, underclocked, clean driver install, and tried a new PCIe slot. I've reinstalled Windows and checked every driver there is to check, I can't find the root of the problem. I'm starting to worry the card is defective. Only thing that shows up in the Eventv

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
