Windows 10: Random connect/disconnect sounds

Hi!I get random connect/disconnect sounds when my TV is connected over HDMI 2.1 and even though its offline. This doesnt occur when its on.Also the screen flickers and hangs for a bit during the event.I have tried searching for a solution and gone thru settings left and right without success.The problem does not occur when the TV is on, and display and sound is working flawless.TV is a 2023 Philips connected over HDMI 2.1 port on my 3070 ASUS TUFPC monitor is a 34" Mi-monitor connected over Displayport.Windows is updated, GPU drivers are updated, motherboard drivers are updated.Any ideas?

If the connect/disconnect sounds is only happening when playing an specific game, It might be a game app or a driver issue. we suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the game and check if the problem persists. Check the steps provided below:

• Open the Start menu.
• Click Settings.
• Click System on the Settings menu.
• Select Apps & features from the left pane. ...
• Select an app you wish to uninstall.
• Click the Uninstall button that appears.

Make sure also that your device software drivers are updated.

• Loose mouse, keyboard, monitor or USB connector

• Have you checked if your devices are plugged/connected properly to your computer?
• Is the issue happening when playing an specific game only?

Windows 10 connect / disconnect sounds

I recently added a wireless charging "puck" and an Amazon Fire TV stick to my overall system. Both are plugged into USB ports for power (all they require). The problem is:

When I place or remove my phone from the wireless "puck" windows starts making connect / disconnect sounds, and will continue for some random period of time. When it is doing this a device is also added/removed from my connected devices list. This list normally
contains the Amazon device, but not the charging puck, however when the "cycle" is running (connect/disconnect) a non-existent device is cycled. The device is typically named "Fire". The two USB connections used are physically next to each other on my PC's
back panel.

I have tried everything recommended; adjusting power saving parameters for USB, and some other stuff. I have not, and will not turn off notifications, or sounds (I like knowing what my machine is doing).

This issue isn't a serious one, in that it has no operational impact on my PC, but, it gets rather annoying.
