  2. Random BSoD Crashes On Windows 10, Mini Dump Files Are Listed

My computer has been randomly crashing for a few months now. I bought a new HP laptop earlier this year, witch came with Windows 10, but after a few weeks of having it, it began to crash to a blue screen at random. Sometimes it can take days in between crashes.

I have no idea what could be causing this to happen. Sometimes I get a Stop Code, sometimes I don't, and the error is not always the same. The problem is not repeatable as far as I can tell, so I have not been able to pin-point what is causing the crash.

I have included my three most recent Mini Dump files as well as my system info.

    Thank you for your help.

  3. Mini dump and random crash help please

Hi , I am having random crashes where a game will just freeze, I have tried rolling back to other gpu drivers but am still getting them. It was just during gaming but the second to last minidump is when using Word! Any help appreciated.

I know gaming can cause problems but to have it happen in Word is worrying.

Hope I have uploaded enough info and correctly, many thanks for any help.

Random crashes. Here are the mini dump files.

How do you interpret explorer.exe mini-dump to understand why it's crashing?

My Windows 10 File Explorer keeps crashing at random.
Surfing the net I've read about creating mini-dumps from Task Manager, to better understand why a program has crashed. However, from the one I created, I was not able to find anything that could mean something to me.

I guess I'm not good enough at debugging with dumps. Sad.

Could the solution to my problem be inside this mysterious file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FCQDCkrMsW9E1ABmrIUitvV0JUXs0FUJ?
What should I be looking for inside it? Is this a too broad question?

    Thanks.
