    Random crashes when playing games


    My system seems to crash at random times when playing games. It usually happens within a few minutes of starting a game. I tried to monitor the temperatures of my GPU and CPU and neither seem to get high enough to cause this both are < 60C.I tried updating all drivers, clean install of nvidia drivers, and running ram and disk checks but nothing returned any errors so far.I have some minidumps that I do not know what they mean and I tried to look in event viewer to figure out if there's a single error that seems to happen before each crash but that doesn't seem to be the case there are va

    Reboots/Crashes while Gaming

    Hello,

    I have random crashes while playing games. Its the same problem as in this thread Random-ish reboots

    So basically when playing a game the PC randomly crashes into a reboot. This occurs completely random and without warning.

    As suggested in the linked thread I disabled fast startup, which sadly didnt fix the problem.

    I also monitored my temperatures which are fine. A workaround that seems to be stable is lowering my graphics settings to very low.

    I attached my V2 Logs after a Crash. Windows Version is 1909 (OS Build 18363.720)

    Random Game crashes

    I am having random crashes of games on my laptop while playing on charging(It usually crashes within 10-15 minutes).The game runs on my integrated intel graphics card(When I disabled amd driver in device manager and played ) but not on my radeon graphics
    card.

    I have reinstalled windows updated my graphics card to the latest .I have also rolled back and tried but the issue is yet not resolved.Can anyone help me with this plz????

    Hello,

    Please, complete your System Specs so we may better help you. I didn't see a PSU listed there.

    A software conflict is also a possible cause of the random crash you're experiencing when playing games. To determine if an installed program is causing the crashes, I suggest performing a clean boot.

    Be sure to check you're running the newer GPU driver, and your Graphics card settings are correct.

    Check Device Manager for driver conflicts.
