Windows 10: Random Crashes While Idle And Using The PC

I will get random crashes every couple of days while idle or not. Random Crashes Upon PC Idle, BugCheck Code "1e" Random BSOD Because Of "Amdppm.sys"/"amdppm!ReadGenAddr+29?"

No, never. It's always been an at home PC since I've gotten it. I took it for repairs once before, but this was about 6 months ago. It got new fans.

I've cleared the event viewer all together. Please keep in touch, as this may take a while to diagnose. The crashes are at random idle. This can range from sitting for 20 minutes to approximately 4 hours. There's no definite timespan.

My PC crashes at random

My PC keeps getting BSOD and i cannot resolve this issue. It crashes at random, while gaming or in idle. Sometimes, instead of getting BSOD, a program crashes (like for example Chrome, League of Legends, etc.). I tried a few things in no particular order:

• Fresh Windows install
  
• No XMP
  
• Changed SSD
  
• Changed RAM
  
• CPU undervolt
  
• Updated BIOS (to the latest version 7B86v1J1)
  

Here's my config:

• CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
  
• MOBO: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
  
• GPU: MSI RTX 2060 Ventus
  
• RAM: Ballistix Sport AT BLS2K8G4D30CESTK (this is the old one),
  
• SSD: Samsung 980 Pro

• 121723-9062-01.dmp. This is the first one i collected.
  
• 122123-8734-01.dmp. Same error, i changed nothing in the config.
  
• 011224-9046-01.dmp. Same as above.
  
• 011324-9171-01.dmp. New RAM (Vengeance LPX CMK32GX4M2E3200C16).
  
• 011424-5250-01.dmp. Activated verifier, it flags droidcam.sys.
  
• 011424-5046-01.dmp. After i removed droidcam.sys, it crashed again flagging logi_audio_surround.sys.
  
• 011424-17421-01.dmp. I disabled also that driver, but as soon as I complete the login, it crashes again with this new error.
  
• 011424-5109-01.dmp. Same as above.

PC crashes when in idle

Hey support,

I have been getting random crashes and restarts on my PC, this usually only occurs when my PC is idle or close to idle. When it is under load like gaming, it opperates fine. When it does fail, it does not BSOD, it just freezes and then turns black and after a bit it restarts.

I have replaced the PSU and tried a different GPU but still get the same issue. I have used DDU and reinstalled the GPU drivers and that did not fix the issue.

Could this indicate there is something wrong with my Mobo?
