Windows 10: Random crashes with live kernel events 1a1, 117, 164 ,141

For the past year, my computer has been unstable. I've tried many different solutions to fix it, but in the end, I always find the same problem: my desktop completely freezes, unable to receive any input. Here is my System InfoAMD Ryzen 9 5900X AMD Radeon 6900XT NVIDIA EVGA GTX 1070 Corsair AX 1600i MSI X570 MEG ACE BIOS E7C35AMS.1I0 Corsair Dominator Platinum 4x16 GB DDR4-3200 Corsair AX1600i When I go into Reliability Monitor I have live kernel events such as 1a1, 117, 164,141

Hi Bao,

Many users has sadly aswell encountered this problem. Solving this will take some time, I highly suggest you to look through these threads steadily while making some stress tests and all of the other stuff that is needed.

Live kernel event 117 and 141

Hi there,

I am a bit desperate. I am experiencing kernel event 117 and 141 since like 2 years now.

With my previous buil, ryzen feat 2070 rtx i had this issue already, send back to manufacturer many times, they never found anything, i mean never succeed getting rid of it.

Was like big freezes or black screens while gaming and sometimes while just being on the computer.

So I abandonned this build.

I just bought 1 week ago a laptop: a Razer blade 15. But THEN it happens that i haev the SAME live kernel events in the security and maintenance tab.

All my drivers are up to date. I did a new installation of nvidia drivers.

is there a possibility that my devices that i plug to my computer are the culprits?

my keyboard and my headset are the two devices my previous computer and my new one have in common

keyboard is old logitech, headset is a corsair void pro bluetooth.

Live kernel event 117 and 141

(english isn't my first language, sorry for grammatical errors)

Hello, i've been experiencing issues relating to these two.

It only happens when i'm playing roblox, I get a black screen and then a message saying that roblox crashed. When I restart it causes a bsod with "video dxgkrnl fatal error" written on it. If I don't restart, a bsod still happens after a few minutes.

I can't replicate the thing as it happens randomly, with the last time (apart from today) happening last september.

The things I have tried:

- Reinstalling the drivers (this is a temporary solution until it crashes again)

- Updating the drivers (it causes a screen glitch accompanied with loud noise, plus it happens randomly so I am currently using the ones offered by the manufacturer. It doesn't happen with it)

I am using a laptop btw if that info is needed.
