Windows 10: Random crashes with watching netflix in browsers edge or chrome with 2 monitors, any help...

I have chasing error codes and trying to troubleshoot this new build for the last few days trying to get it stable. Been having crashes since I've put this together the stability has increased since i have started, got my crashes localized to only when I am using chrome or edge tried both to watch Netflix while having another window of the browsers open on a second monitor. The crash is usually a freeze with recover after an extended period of time ,complete freeze till reboot or blue screen. It will take me usually a hour or more to get the crash repeat. haven't really been gaming long time

Constant Google Chrome problems (not crashing or freezing)

I first noticed this problem with Netflix. I can't watch Netflix.com in Chrome for more than one day. After a fresh install of Chrome, I can watch Netflix endlessly in one day, but the next day all videos will say "Oops something went wrong" and suggest looking at chrome://components, or suggest clearing all browser history/cache (which doesn't fix anything).

The next symptom was that chrome couldn't connect to any website at all, giving a message of "Aw, snap!". Any other browser worked fine.

Steps I've taken that fail to resolve:

1. Clearing all browser cache/history/temp files

2. Killing chrome.exe to ensure a fresh process

3. Renaming the AppData folder to old_Chrome so it generates new appdata

The only "step" that actually fixes chrome is to fully uninstall and reinstall it. But it always breaks again 1 to 3 days later. This problem has spanned across a clean OS reimaging I did last weekend (for other reasons).

Specs:

Windows 10.0.18362 Build 18362 (Pro), custom build tower, no 3rd party anti-virus, standard out-of-box windows firewall settings

 

Netflix not working on Microsoft Edge error code “W8156-88890001”

The same error is happening in my computer.

I have Windows 10 latest updates.

Netflix works in other browsers (like chrome, firefox)

Microsoft Edge is not the default browser in my computer, and this should have any impact on its functionality, correct? I would like to use Edge instead of Chrome, but it is still having several issues like this one. Is there any suggestion, update, or
settings to make Netflix work?

My pc freezes when watching Netflix

I am confused by your comment if you are referring to my issue. I have never used Edge to watch Netflix or any streaming content on this pc yet. And I turned off my overclock on my CPU but my system still randomly crashes when watching Netflix. If your not referring to me I apologize.
