Windows 10: Random dlls reported as corrupted hash mismatch by SFC scan

I used to run a DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and then sfc /scannow, as suggested in Microsoft's documentation:2. PCPTpm12.dll is corrupted on Windows 10.

Original title: Place where I can download PCPTpm12.dll?

My current PCPTpm12.dll is corrupted with the error saying hash mismatch. Anyplace to get a new PCPTpm12.dll? SFC scans didn't work and the logs said it was corrupted.

I'm trying for the last 4 hours to get the opengl32.dll working, i deleted it, replaced, I ran an SFC scan, then i checked the CBS.log.

Then I did a "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" scan, said it repaired the corrupted files, but still I have an error.

Basically i did everything what i could find online. The root of the problems was this: "The program can't start because OPENGL32.dll is missing from computer."

Then I ended up in a rabbit hole.

Here is the CBS.log info regarding the SFC scan:

CBS Log not showing any (corrupted files) after SFC scan found and repaired.

When running scannow it compares files.

If there are any files that do not match it is reported as corruption.

Corruption is a "catch all" or "wastebasket" term.

There are often reports of corruption when there was no corruption.

For example when the CBS file is scanned you can search using: mismatch or hash mismatch

This is considered a corruption by scannow but there is no corruption displayed in the CBS log file.

Again scannow may report corruption when there was no entry in the log file reporting corruption as hash mismatch was considered a corruption.
