Windows 10: Random freeze in windows 10

Hi,


I am using Windows 10 in my newly brought laptop, which runs on SSD drive with AMD chipset.

After 3 days of use, I noticed random freezes in the system. It does not allow me to do any operations when freeze. I searched for a solution in the Microsoft community and tried SFC scan, DISM scan, cleaned the device and even I reinstalled the windows. But no solution given in the past has helped resolve my problem. Can anyone from the community help me in solving the issue?

Random freezes or shut downs

Hrrmmmm... but wouldnt formatting and reinstalling windows fix the issue since the virus/trojan/spyware isnt on the system any longer?

Completely random freezing/shutdowns on a system with no recent hardware changes, and hard drive, memory, and PSU fine, usually means a software issue (file corruption or malicious software). I suggest following DavidV's recommendations.
