Dear people. My PC freeze randomly while gaming. (Cities Skylines, 7Days to Die, Minecraft) Me and my son check everything: RAM, Mainboard, CPU, GPU, SSD, HDD, even the SATA cable. I've got a new power adapter too. (450W)
Yesterday I use the troubleshooting in Win10 for my WiFi card and it found an problem and fixed it.
More information is in the Zip file.
Thanks for your help. Random freezes and total crashes while gaming/loading games :)

  2. XBOX One - Rise of the Tomb Raider (Downloaded)

My saved game won't open. While loading it freezes and crashes. Tried rebooting the system, but nothing works. Is this happening to others? Fixes? I'm pissed because I'm several hours into the game.

  7. Thanks again for your help. Appreciate it.
I change the language again, run the dm_log_collector and view a couple of logs to see what language it is. It seems to be english, mixed with ger too. Sorry.
The new Zip File and a screenshot of my Win10 Version is attached.
I hope, that is now readable for you. And sorry for the inconveniences. :I

Please change system failure from a check box to an un-check box for automatic restart.
This will allow you to view the bsod window for the bugcheck.
Sometimes the misbehaving driver may displayed in the form *.sys.
If you see a driver listed please record it and post it into the thread.

Were you able to view the bios versions on the As Rock website?

  12. Well, zbook. I think, I can't do this by myself. My English isn't well and I need help to translate all those.
No, I didn'd found the version of the BIOS. But it should be ok. I bought the Mainboard one year ago, so the drivers may be the newest, I think.
My son has to help me install and update things. He will take a look at our thread tomorrow when he's at home.
Thank you for your help and for your time, zbook!

  14. Hello zbook!
I do some changes: first I un-check box for the automatic restart.
I don't update my BIOS, because it's the same version-P1.60
And I run WhoCrashed. Unfortunatley it doesn't found any dump files. I changed the settings where to store the dumps but it didn't work.
And last I bought this WLAN adapter: Wifi Adapter Dootoper Wlan Stick 600 Mbit: Amazon.de: Computer Zubehör
When I wanted to disable the WLAN card(?), my PC crashed for the last time. Is it possible, that the TP LINK 300 Mbps Wireless N adapter is the culprit?
    Best wishes!

Click analyze > view results > should see dead or deaddead
After the above submit a new zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

    VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

A VIDEO_TDR_ERROR always relates to the system's graphics card (TDR = Timeout Detection Recovery). This could be down to a number of reasons including drivers, heat, power to the card, a faulty PCI-e slot or simply a defective GPU.

Please download and run the newest version of HWiNFO64 and post a screenshot of the "System Summary" window here.
